Bug Manage Forms not saving

This option wont let me save as "Yes" (will this make adding a photo mandatory?

I've noticed that there is an issue with the 'Yes/No' options saving which I'll look into. At the moment the Attachments option is a placeholder for a future update and doesn't do anything. Attachments are never required.
