Question Memcache installed, when selected in Main Settings error occurs...

We had Memcache installed and start running but within Admin CP, whilke we tried to configure the main settings for vB Optimise, we got the following message:

"vB Optimise: You have selected a cache method that vB Optimise has detected you cannot use, this may be because the extension required is either not installed or configured correctly on your server. Please contact your system administrator or hosting provider for more information."

How do we fix this? Thank you.

Is the memcached module enabled in your php.ini?
