Bug Minor bugs in adminCP

In the admin CP, option "Display Order" just has a yes or no option, no clue what it means really and doesn't seem to make sense for "yes/no".

(Pro) Shoutbox Refresh Speed - IdleThis setting controls how often (in minutes) the Shoutbox updates while an is flagged as Idle.
