Bug Minor cosmetic bug when subscribing to hashtags - date and horizontal ruler

I just noticed this, because it's much more obvious on my (default) skin, then yours which has "net" as background.

As you can see in this image:

When you look at the date of post with certain hashtag, date has horizontal ruler through it. HR should start after date in my opinion. It's also visible on your skin, but barely.

It's a minor cosmetic thing, but it's noticeable.

It's not really a bug, it's due to vB4 having removed some CSS. I'll flag this as Not A Bug but I'll probably look at it at some point in the future

Just to mention, I noticed that horizontal ruler overlaps date also in other places, i.e. users profile tabs from AUT.
