Question Need help with set up

How do I do the following:

1. Enable the ability where members can donate the forum currency to each other?
2. How do I set up the ability for my forum currency to transfer to real USD? And how do I know when a member "cashes out"?

I figured out question 1! But still need help setting up how members can cash out to USD from my forums currency.

There is no way to "cash out". You need to handle this manually and use the Adjust feature to reduce someone's credits when they send you a DM to "cash out".
