I wish you kept the same consistency for the borders throughout the forums and forumhome.

I'm not sure what you mean? The border for the thumbnails looks the same to me on the gallery page and the forumhome?

Basically I was hoping to see screenshot #3 border throughout the forums instead of the white/blue borders.

I made the border into a stylevar that you can change as you want. There is a stylevar for the border and a stylevar for the drop shadow.
