Not sure if considerd a bug - signatures

I just installed the lite cause it says you need to install that first to install the pro.
With vbactivity lite enabled it ruins everyones signatures. And changes thier images in signatures to the bbcodes or other codes they used.

Well vBA doesn't change the signatures, so I have no idea why that happens. Have you tried rebuilding the signature cache from vBulletin's own Update Counters page under Maintenance?
