why do my point still 0 in activity information even if i already post or comment saveral times?

You've probably turned off points accumulation in the Points Settings.

PS: The "Forum Version" field is intended for you to fill out your vBulletin version, not tell me what forum you posted the support request in

i do not find points accumulation in point setting, how could i turn it on?

DBTech - vBActivity -> Points Settings -> ensure the "Active" is set to Yes for everything you want to give points.

there's still no changes.
i've tried that before but it still wont change.
thats why i ask for step by step instruction.
