Problems with the new update

Thanks for the update.

1. Installation went without problems. But I get the following error message upload tab:

Warning: Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated in /is/htdocs/wp1190752_3EEL8FQU0Y/www/windows/dbtech/downloads_pro/modules/uploadModule.php on line 14

2. Flash upload will not work either
3. After an upload without flash I get a white page
4. After an upload I get the following message: Could not find phrase 'dbtech_downloads_file_added'.
5. Insert picture is not (no icon in the editor provided)
6. funny characters in the description (this is a test <br>)

All known bugs are still there. Only the installation went without problems

I have had another look at your site and have discovered that you have incorrectly set your Path To Downloads setting. Please change this and uploading should function for you.

I do not understand what do YOU. What do I do?

I make a link and get a white page. Then I go back and save again. Now the download is displayed. The characters remain in the information received, however.
