The system sends out personal conversation notifications on purchase and configuration, as defined in Item Management options.
However, when you have multiple users entered, it starts a new conversation separately with all the specified users who have to receive an alert. This can work out pretty bad in a Team based environment (our mods work on certain requests from the shop, and having separate pm's sent to all is confusing). Even though we cannot talk on that PM, having everyone in one conversation is better than having 7 different conversation, we mods can at least edit the initial first PM to mark something as done so that the others don't waste any time checking if its done or not.
XenForo handles group conversations really well, so I suggest that notifications if sent to multiple users should have all of them on the same conversation instead of separate conversations.
If its not possible to make this a default, an optional feature in the options to let us control if conversation adds all members receiving the notice in a group or sends out individual conversations.
If I need to explain more, please let me know!
Thanks.
