Will it include a feature allowing users to applying for loan/credit
Will users be able to customise their Usernames and User Titles besides changing i.e font/size/colour/bold/italic/affects

Loans are not a currently planned feature, though the feature list is, as always, subject to change

There is a note about looking into glowing usernames/titles on the feature list, however it is not a high priority feature and so may not make it in - it depends on how long other features end up taking really.
