Is the script phrased? If not how can I edit the "Shout "button" to Everyone "button"?
How do you clear the content in the box?

The JavaScript (therein the Everyone bit) I don't think is phrased because I didn't know how to do it back then.
It's something we're looking into for the future.

You clear the contents by clicking the Clear button if it's enabled in the ACP options and your usercp settings.
