First of all, I´m impressed by all of the possibilities provided by vbactivity. :)

I installed the addon and tried to recalculate the points via Maintenance.
The cycle of recalculation seems to stop every time at round 15. After every previous round of recalculation the "Done"-affirmation is printed, but after the 15th step nothing happens. The browser doesn´t load anything further from the server.
This is the last printout:
------------------
Processing: 15
totalpoints
activitylevel
albumpictures
attachments
attachmentviews
post
------------------

Maybe everything is fine, but I´m a bit clueless, cause I don´t see any "Done" after cycle 15.

The post-count of this user-id is 1041. My id is 1 and my post-count is much bigger.

I handicrafted around with recalculating and found, that the procedure stopped at totally different stages. Not only user-id 15 was involved, but other id´s too. Id 16 was the biggest number I got, when the procedure failed to work.

In the end I seemingly managed it! :)
I decreased the recalculation-cycle-number from 50 to 1 and every user was processed! The statistics now show a value for every user too.

I guess, that the server-ram or another default value of my shared hoster wasn´t sufficient to process a bigger number of cycles at one time.

Ahh, I'll keep that in mind in case anybody else have this issue, thanks :)

Glad it worked out :D

hello, i am havign this same issue. userid #2 on my forum is a bot that pulls in RSS feeds, and thus is by far the user with the most posts (several hundred thousand). i tried reducing the cycle number to 1, although that did not have an impact. i also set user #2 to be excluded from vbactivity via their user page in admincp, although that did not seem to do anything. i am on a dedicated server. any idea on what i can do here?

thanks
simit

Ctrl+click the "Maintenance" link to open that tab in a new frame. Then, set cycle to 1 and wait for userid 2 to be calculated. Once you see that, look in the URL for startat=2. Change that to startat=3 and it will skip userid 2 :)
