Bug redirect loop

Hello,

there is a bug making a loop for url contain ( latin + non latin ) on them, so if the URL is all in Latin it works fine and if it all in non Latin works fine too, but both bring a loop:

And I have a question:
1- what friendly URL that contain the title of the page pros other then beautiful look?

#fixed , It was because this option I set to yes:
