JoN Customer May 7, 2010 #2 I dont think the chat room function is the issue here....I guess auto idle is the issue....i maybe wrong....do u see a yellow bar at the top of the shoutbox?

Fillip H. Staff member Owner Developer Customer May 7, 2010 #3 Either auto-idle, or you didn't follow the instructions in the upgrade notes file. CHMOD on the /dbtech/vbshout/aop directory to 0777 should fix this.

As stated above the issues were likely due to a misconfiguration of the auto-idle function, or the CHMOD of the file not going through properly =) Verify those settings are both correct and version 5.1 should work fine =) (As you can see from the site here.)
