and how I see my public statics in that also i see blank

What version of vB Optimise are you running?

This would appear to be a problem with your web server - some pages are creating a 500 Internal Server Error which would be the source of your issues.

Unfortunately that's a generic error message so I can't really offer any specific advice to solve it though
