Bug Rewrite "Member List" URLs Option Not Working (Cannot Turn Off)

Hello Again.

We turned off rewriting Member URLs here:

Rewrite "Member List" URLs
This setting lets you toggle whether you want the "Member List" URL rewritten.

(see attachment)

But it still rewrites the Member URLs.
