Legacy Select All button for item usergroup permissions

If you have a lot of usergroups (like I do, about 50), then it'd be nice to be able to have a "Select all" for permissions on things, instead of 50 clicks, per item.

Update: This will be implemented for vBShop v3, in the style of the "all yes", "all no", "all default" akin to other vBulletin areas.
