Bug Shouts Not Displaying

Shouts are not displaying in the shoutbox. Notifications are displaying fine.
All permissions have been checked and double checked. All usergroup shouts not displaying including Admins.
Cache has been flushed. I have not really tested it since the last upgrade.

I am missing something, I just know it.

I am unable to reproduce this issue on your site, in either Chrome or IE10.

Did you try to use the shoutbox? I am not seeing anything that was inputted.
As I said the notifications are displaying but not anything that is directly inputted or typed in.

Sidenote: Are you aware that error & redirect screens on your forum use RTL language instead of LTR?

It looks like you may have downloaded vBShout during the few hours v6.2.0 was bugged. Can you please try re-downloading and re-uploading /dbtech/vbshout/includes/class_dm_shout.php ?
