Question Sound notificaation not working

Hi,

I have installed vb shout version 6.0.7 . But i am facing problem in sound notification .
when ever i get new message in chat box it does not notify me with sound. i am facing
big loss due to this . my website traffic is decreasing day by day . So kindly give me
solution to this problem . or let me know i have to upgrade version or anything else

Hi there,

I would strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version, as v6.0.7 is no longer supported.

Let me know if you still have a problem once you've upgraded
