A response time of less than 20 minutes cannot be guaranteed at all times of the day, I do apologise for that.
If this was a bug in the product, then it would also not function on this site, which is running HTTPS. Therefore it stands to reason that either you have something running on your site that interferes with the detection of HTTPS (such as CloudFlare), or the templates are out of date from the time before HTTPS was supported.
