Bug strange - when i delete a user i get a database error

Database error in vBulletin 4.1.11:

Invalid SQL:

DELETE FROM dbtech_vbshout_command
WHERE userid = 173;

MySQL Error : Table 'twolegit_vb1.dbtech_vbshout_command' doesn't exist
Error Number : 1146

Download the product again, and reupload it, that issue was hotfixed on 27th of Feb
