Super pm cron job

My super pm cron job isn't working and when I fil out the support ticket its telling me to put in the product version The question Product Version: is missing required info this is the product DragonByte Tech: Super PM's (Lite) 1.2.2pl1 A complete private message management system.

Im putting in 1.2.2pl1 what I'm I doing wrong thank you

I am unable to replicate any issues when entering 1.2.2pl1 in the Product Version box. Can you please show me a screenshot of the form with the values you are attempting to enter?
