You have a feature related to file tampering as shown below. I think this is a useful idea but as implemented, I'm not sure it really is helpful. I'm not sure what the logic is to detect tampering but I think what would be useful is for a snapshot of the system to be taken (maybe a checksum of the executables or code files) and then comparing against that to determine what has changed - sort of like a tripwire for VBulletin. It could also specifically highlight new code that has been added to the site which could be an indication of malware or something similar.
