What is the easiest way to reset the transaction logs?

Are you looking to only get rid of the browsable history, or are you also looking to reset users' currencies?

If you're only looking to reset the browsable history, run TRUNCATE TABLE xf_dbtech_credits_transaction.
If you need to reset currencies, use the Rebuild feature in Tools -> Rebuild Caches and tick the box for resetting currencies.
