Bug Transactions Button doesn't work

I did not see the "Question" category
I do not believe this is a "Bug"
Please direct me to the right place if this is wrong place for my question.

I installed vBCredits Deluxe II , works fine so far, but when I click the "Transactions" button that this mod installed in my menu bar next to the "Forum" button it tries to load a file called credits.php - which is not found

Where do I find the bank, etc... I must be missing something obvious here

Imagine that. I was missing the credits.php file - I forgot to upload it!
