You have already been told what to do and how to fix this problem you where even told to give ftp info so support could go in and fix it for you if you cant do a simple thing why run a forum

What kind of place is this, talk crap about the member who needs help.I pm ozzy and told him Im waiting for info to give him.And ive been runnng 3 forums a long time and 1 for 9 years.Im no server ftp guy thats why there is web people to fix things.Excuse me if I dont know how to install every single mod out there Pally

You have already posted this in the correct forum then you decide to post this in off-topic so don't give me what kind of place is this. The support staff are the best here and go out of their way to help. From what I have seen of your other post you had no clue of what the support staff were saying and after nine years of running forums you should its not hard to learn.

And again you must of not read my post and I said Im no web guy.And for the record I did what Ozzy said and its still down so what ever was loaded brought my board down

If you have cpanel for you hosting access then pass that onto support so they can get the info and help you

Force, I know you were trying to be helpful but usually it's a good idea not to comment on other peoples support requests etc, just in case theres stuff going on in the background (PMs etc) you might not know about, and I mean that in the nicest way possible
