Legacy Two charge tag (Content) suggestions

edit: actually I have 3

1) Before someone spends credits viewing the content, have an "Are you sure?" question (optional in admin control panel).

2) This may require its own action, but have it charge the user credits for posting a charge tag.

3) Allow Admins and Moderators to view without paying. (But I'd still like to see how much a user is charging instead of just "Owned Content" or something)

1) maybe.

2) I dont like this idea much, especially because it is hard to control from a code point of view

3) you can do this by specifying a content event specifically for your staff groups, and give them a 100% discount (negative tax) - or those groups could just do a quick edit of those posts to view without paying
