The upload controls do not work correctly. This happens in multiple browsers and skins.
It's also very hard to describe.
Clicking the Browse button to add files gives a dialogue box to select uploads as expected.
Once the file is selected, it all disappears. No upload progess bar, nothing. From the user's POV, nothing has happened.
You can still click "Start Upload"; nothing appears to happen, and there's no confirmation, but if you wait a while and then hit "Save" there's a good chance the file will have uploaded anyway, despite the page not showing anything.
(This also means there's no way to designate files as thumbnails/screenshots etc.)
(None of this resembles the screenshots shown on the vBdownloads product page).
