Wen i use this Option, and wen i submit a message in tne shout the message dont show, i have to do F5 to see my message.

This is normal?

Did you try with the Database option?
If that doesn't work for you either, then I suggest just turning AOP off.

Meanwhile, there's two other things you can try:
chmod on /dbtech/vbshout/aop.php to 0777
Checking your server's error logs to see if there's any errors that hasn't been displayed.
