Question vB Security Can't Get E-Mail

I'm not receiving the email and also cannot get other admin...how to fix this problem ?

Can you confirm that the phrases dbtech_vbsecurity_access_new_ip_message and dbtech_vbsecurity_access_new_ip_title exist in your Phrase Manager?

define('DISABLE_HOOKS', true);

Keep this code handy as you will need it every time a plugin causes unrecoverable issues like this, or DB errors, or "fatal error" messages from PHP

That's your issue then, if those phrases don't exist then the email cannot be sent.

Please try re-downloading the product, opening the product XML file and confirm those phrases are there in the XML file, and if they are, re-import the XML, then try those searches again.

I re-imported the XML file and now get email but the phrases dbtech_vbsecurity_access_new_ip_message and dbtech_vbsecurity_access_new_ip_title its does not get on Phrase Manager !

Are you sure you're searching for it in the right area?

You need to select "Phrase Varname", not "Phrase Text", when searching.
