Desktop Notifications
- Desktop Notifications for Achievements, Awards and Trophies
- Clickable to go to the appropriate profile page tab
- Can be globally disabled in the vBulletin Options
- Can be disabled per user in the UserCP
Bug Fixes:
- The "Is Unqiue" flag would not work as intended for awards manually given to users in the AdminCP
