Birthday events should be tied to the date of registration rather than the date that a user provides (else, users are rewarded for lying about their birthday.)

PM notification: on some events, such as 'birthday', it would be nice to include a PM to the user to congratulate them.

Having your thread rated: If a low rating is given, it should be possible to LOSE points. I suggest having the interface upgraded so that there are five input fields for the ratings (1 through 5) and the actual point award is written into those fields. (support both positive and negative point values)

1) You are recommend to set your birthday event to only be allowed once a year (pro only)

2) You can do this as an advanced setting on any event (pro only)

3) Highly unlikely this wont happen as it is not a generic capability. What you could do is have two events, one with the minimum of 3 and the other with that as maximum. The max one will charge, the min will earn, and if you have best event enabled (default) then you should achieve what you described.
