We're releasing vBDownloads v2.4.4 Patch Level 1 in order to resolve issues uncovered by the v2.4.4 update. Multiple changes have been implemented to deal with when a download/file is flagged as "updated", and as such what generates a notification. The result should be that downloads will only be flagged as "updated" when they have received actual changes, as opposed to automated actions like someone downloading a file.
