I been banging my head trying to figure out what this all means.... I completely disabled all plugins except for the DBTech_Security and still had this error...
The config.php for vb seems fine minus a few changes to the admin and mod dir... I have filecache enabled but that all...
Here is the message and the error...
I am not the sharpest tool in the shed so please bare with me... I did examine the database and search it for anything that resembles this error but only the datastore came up with the DBTech_Security error...

This watcher detects whether the config.php variables have been tampered with via a plugin or injected code into your vBulletin files.
If an intrusion is detected, you should disable all plugins and download all files in your forum directory, and search the plugins / files for any mention of $vbulletin->config or $this->registry->config as those are the most common override methods.
Note that DragonByte Tech cannot locate the intrusion for you and cannot advise how to find the intrusion beyond these instructions.
The following variables have been altered from their default values:
$vbulletin->config['Datastore']['prefix'] is new: NULL
