When approving a moderated upload - get message: "No results match your query."

When approving any moderated upload a message appears stating "No results match your query." The upload does correctly become available, just odd that this is the message that comes up.

Also, even if an upload is put into moderation it still posts a thread immediately to the forums if that option is selected. It would probably be better if the forum thread did not post until the upload was actually approved.

Neither of these things are actually bugs, I'll change the issue type to a Feature Request so that this can be looked at for a future version.

It will take some doing to change these things, so it's not something I can slap together in a couple minutes unfortunately
