Russian community very much asks you to give the opportunity to not go to the payment of paypal when you are ready to buy a Item (Listing on the Classifieds), and to have an alternative in the form of the "inform the seller." Seller automatically receives email or PM.
Next - negotiations with the buyer, we are not affected.

Isn't this already in place?

You can deactivate the Payment Processors you don't want to use and then activate the ones you want. Cash on Collection or the Bank Transfer suit more of what you want me thinks...

Testuser can't buy this Item.

How did he contact the seller?
Logical, if instead of button "buy now" was button "to contact the seller / report my interest", because Payment Processors disabled.



this inscription doesn't give the Testuser to complete the purchase of my Item or booking or contact the seller.

If you disabled all the payment processors... then there's no way of 'paying' as such... but the ones I mentioned in post #2 will allow a payer to do the following:

Buy/Bid on an item, and then be awarded the item when the auction completes, etc
View the transaction that was created
Pay for the transaction
- If PayPal is enabled and chosen, they can go through the whole real money transaction
- If Bank Transfer, Cash on Collection or Cheque/Check is enabled and chosen they can confirm the method they want to purchase (for example, Bank Transfer) at which point the seller is notified that they have received confirmation that the user wants to use (as in the example) Bank Transfer.

Notice in the attached image that when Viewing the Transaction you can see all the Payment Processors that are active and approved for that transaction (that is they are active in the Admin Control Panel and the user has selected to use them on that listing when submitting/editing the listing). What I will do for the next update is that is click on Pay with Bank Transfer (as in our example) the system will not only notify the seller that they want to use Bank Transfer (which it does currently) but also take the user to the Contact Seller page so they can submit their details to the seller.

As of Beta 14, there will be no clickable Bid/Buy button if there are no active payment processors available (whether they are not selected by the user, or they are inactive in the Admin Control Panel).
