Your Familiar!

Are we ready for another random Diana topic? :D


Everyone has a favorite animal, unless you're one of those animal hating freaks! So tell me, if you could have an animal familiar - ANY animal in the world - what would it be? Which animal do you think would best represent you as your companion, guide, and partner?
 
I'd go for a slightly smaller version of the cat family, namely the housecat. Because cats are awesome :D
 
For me would be a Linx, for their awesome looks and their abilty to kill. and for their sheer respectabilty as noble cats.
 
I don't think it would come as a surprise to anyone that my familiar would be a house cat! I've always felt empty and lonely inside if I don't have a cat as my pet. ;_; I definitely have a feline's mentality. I like attention when I want it and only when I want it. I do enjoy sleeping most of my day away, and often I only like people for their food. >:3 I like the independence a cat has, as well as that natural grace. ...and evilness well hidden by cute fluffiness.

Sadly, I don't have a cat :(
I live on the fifth floor (British English 5th floor, that is) of an apartment complex building so logistically it would be impossible unless I got the laziest cat ever :p
 
I don't get the 'your familiar' thing, but I'm thinking that means something like the pet animal you'd like to have that is also suitable for who you are... <.<

Anyways, assuming I have the idea about right here, Wolf. I am a bit of a Lone Wolf myself, my favourite animal is the Wolf, and if I got along well with one and we understood each other to a degree, through body language or whatnot, it could be all the company I need, assuming it be tame enough it wouldn't just get all offensive towards any stranger it sees, that would be problematic...
 
a finch, because like almost all birds i like my freedom... or a bear, cause i like to scare people at paintball >.>
