Question Youtube thumbnail size

Im currently evaluating your product with a view to going pro if things run the way I want.

One thing I cant find how to change is the youtube thumbnail size, I have image thumbnails at 200X200 but youtube video thumbnails are 120x90 and they just look awful next to the 200x200 thumbs. How can this be changed?

I don't believe this can be changed at this time, sorry. The thumbnails are provided by the HTML on the YouTube page.
