View IP are get server error.

This is not a bug, the phar file does not work on cPanel due to the include_path problem. You can't use GeoIP on cPanel.

So its problem from PHP 7.1? How can reporte to cPanel about include_path problem? I see can use GeoIP on cPanel.

Yeah, the issue is in 7.1. We have the same issue here, in the future I’ll include other ways of fetching IP information.
