Question Can't see all members on Member Map

Greetings! My forum has 100 members. Why do I not see all of them on the Member's Map. I see only about 20, and I cannot even see myself there. How can this be fixed?

You're not guaranteed to see all members. For one, some members may have opted out. For two, people who use anonymous proxies or other anonymising tools may not have an IP address that can be geolocated. Lastly, IP addresses are scanned in batches so if it's a fresh install it will take time to populate the pins.

Thanks! Today more map markers popped up. But my main account is still not on the map.

How can members opt-in or opt-out? Is there any documentation or instructions for this add-on? I searched but I could not find, sorry.

When members mouse over their own pin, the popup will have an option to opt out

I don't have an Android device to test. What happens if you click it on a desktop browser?

Looks like I can drag it, but I cannot opt out.

Can you check the user group permissions? There may be a permission controlling whether they can opt out.

Thanks! I wasn't quite sure at the time of installation what that opt out option was, so I forgot to enable it. Now it's all working!
