Bug Server error - digest

Testing the digest gives me the following server error.

• Symfony\Component\Mailer\Exception\TransportException: Email to seeker@xxx.xxx from noreply@xxx.xx failed: Unable to write bytes on the wire.
• src/vendor/symfony/mailer/Transport/Smtp/Stream/AbstractStream.php:47

Yeah I did. I don't know its this mod but this mod seems to trigger the error when the test is sent. I don't get the test email either.

And what happens if you send a default test email?

You can do this here -> admin.php?tools/test-email

It worked fine with no errors. Also the test on admin.php?activity-summary/ works as it should as well.

I've tested this with all my addons turned off and the test still throws the error and the email is not sent.

I forgot to turn this off after testing it today. Apparently it continued to run creating errors. No mail has been sent but it seems like my queue is full so its still making errors.

Are you using a custom SMTP config for Digests?

I'm moving to AWS this week and I'll test it again but right now Digest is not working. It could very well be a Xenforo issue.

I've moved to AWS. When testing the Digest using the default sever connection I get the server error. If however I put the smtp details in the digest settings it works as expected. There is definitely something amiss but I have it working.
