, they r giving 30days free registration, chk their mock test and try to make similar changes in next update or current release if possible..

i'm not telling you to copy them, but just check their mock tests and result as well as breif explanation to answers system as well as percentile rankings..i rate "elsevier-examzone" best mock test i've even given online!

Request for Special Features - (I've just purchased and havent checked, so i dont know if any of following qavailable already)

1. Restricted usergroup permission to view/give as well as add mock test

2. Question, answer, options, explaination to answer. Easy interface to add them. Add multiple question-answer sets at once, so it'll be easy to create 100+ question quiz.
You can also check infernoquiz mod for some good idea..though ur is best except this Add Q-A interface..

3. Single choice or multiple choice or both quiz in single quiz can be there..users will be seeing message regarding type of quiz,total questions, duration of quiz and mark system.


4. fixed marks or flexible per quiz and can be set in admincp while adding quiz.. eg. one correct question will be getting 1 mark and 1 wrong will be getting minus 0.25marks and 0 for unattempted question.
Or Author of quiz can set marks for each correct as well as uncorrect as well as unattempted question before creating quiz..

5. server load shdnt be more due to this plugin

6. just check elsevier-examzone.com mocktest , i want nearly same features/interface/ranking system for my fourm

7. Usergroup promotion system if added "x" no of quiz or got "x" marks/rank among total quiz.

8. Integration with vBExperience.

1) At this stage it's not possible to change the modification in any major aesthetic ways without a majority of our customers requesting i.

2) Can you specify how exactly you think this should work? (I designed inferno quiz and honestly can't work out what you're referring to).

3) Multiple types of questions in a quiz are already possible =)

4) This is already possible

5) It is physically impossible to make a modification which doesn't affect server load - We have had no reports of vBQuiz causing any unexpected or unreasonable load though.

6) For obvious reasons we cannot simply copy someone elses work (it's illegal).

7) I'll let Dylan answer that one

8) 3rd party integration tends to be the last thing added to our modifications, for the simple reason that we add features to benefit *everyone* first. It usually goes like this: Features, integration with DBTech products *then* integration with 3rd party products.

2. Well, I'm sure I have export quiz button in infernoquiz & on clicking on it, it generate file to save on desktop & same file we can import, so no need to create quiz manually again in future.

I installed Inferno quiz and there was no way to add multiple questions at once, just a way to add a bunch of same value answers in one text box

I've answers these questions before but here you go.

1. If there is a permission you want added besides what we currently have let me know. We will see if it fits with what most users will need.

2. Import/Export is planned for a future version, but that has nothing to do with this question? We have a couple ideas on how to make creating a basic quiz faster.

3. I'm not sure what you mean by marking system. The user can see the number of questions, time limit, type of quiz, etc before they take it.

4. We will look into adding negative marks for incorrect answers.

6. I tried to get into their system and since I'm not a doctor I would have to lie to sign up for an account.

7. We'll add it to the list of future possible enhancements

2. whether or not you create basic quiz faster, import/export created quiz feature is necessary.. suppose u lost ur database, then if u fresh install ur forum, then u can import quiz created earlier which u exported before.

3. marking system i mean - before starting quiz - user can see notification of mark system of that quiz - "x" positive marks for each corrent and zero for unattempted and 0/negative for negative answer etc..

4. that'll be gr8..bcz in medical entrance exam, we get 1/3 or 1/4 negative and 1 positive mark for correct/incorrect question..

Yes, I see the importance of being able to import/export, which is why it's a future feature. I was just saying it had nothing to do with the original question of adding questions faster
