Could you re download vbulletin, and upload all files from the 'upload/' folder in the zip, with the exception of
'install/install.php'. And maybe run the upgrade script again.

And I will test it again later.

I am not sure why it is doing this yet, but I will have to eliminate things one by one to see what is the cause.

Fillip H., I have confirmed it is a issue with the lite version, I loaded pro on his site and it functioned correctly, so I deleted pro files re loaded lite files and the problem has returned.

Just to mention, same thing is with me.

Obviously more people has this bug, not just me. The good news is, pro version works fine.

We're already aware of this issue in the Lite version, but as stated it's a complex fix and we have not had a chance to fix it yet.
