When I put the info in the htaccess file I get this error if clicking on any forum section

I can send any admin my htaccess if needed

Please try disabling all plugins running on global_start until the issue goes away. Once it no longer happens, you'll know which plugin is faulty

only have two plugins with that hook and the donate from here is one of them and as its the pro version i cant turn that off

No, doing that would mean the rewritten URLs would not be resolvable.

i tried with the info in the htaccess file and the global_start hook disabled and was getting problems. I can send you the htaccess file if you want so u can see if it can be done better so it works as i would like to use this plugin

I introduced a fix for this issue to the 1.0.4 files and I'm happy to report that browsing forums & threads on your forum now works fine
