Question Addresses gone

I've somehow lost options to add an address, the fields are gone. Also people who previously had address are coming across in orders without them. I'm not seeing an option to add them back?!?

The screenshot above is what I see after clicking 'add address'. There are no longer address, city, state, zip etc. None of the orders coming through have address values of people who previously saved them either.

Yes, that is correct. If you need those fields, choose “Business”.

Existing addresses will still have those fields filled out, but on upgrade, only addresses with a sales tax ID are flagged as business addresses.

I'm not selling to businesses though, how do they know to act like a business to add their address?

Digital purchases don’t require a full address, and if the order includes physical products, it’ll require the full address.

The item they want is Physical.

Either way that screenshot is from the main nav's ecomm drop down 'Your Address Book'. Should that allow a user to an an address irregardless?

If a user tries to buy a physical product, they will be required to add an address with the full address details if one does not already exist.
