The Folder Controls block will only move to the top when the Move Download Options is set the "Yes". With the Move Download Options set to "No" and the "Move Folder Controls" set to "Yes" the folder control stay at the bottom of page.

The mod description lists that there are settings to turn on/off the reply to all system among other options but I am not seeing this in the ACP. Is this a pro only option? The description leads me to believe it is not.
