How can I get VBShout to work with VBActivity I have the Shout achievement icons but I don't know how to get both mods to work together Thanks for your help

How do i set user ranks based on this mod via the points earned. For example if a user notches up 100 points he becomes a lite user with certian forum permissions, 200 points and your user rank goes up to medium user with extra forum permissions.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
