Your header of the shoutbox is using a black drop down arrow instead of white. Following a standard across the board of all of vbulletin is important to provide a uniform experience. Also the arrow needs to be spaced from the header text. 2nd issue, why is there 2 active user lists?

Not sure if you'd consider this a bug or not, but when I did the recalc, everyone got notices again. I'd like for maintenance routines to not do this.
