When approving a moderated upload - get message: "No results match your query." When approving any moderated upload a message appears stating "No results match your query." The upload does correctly become available, just odd that this is the message that comes up...

I listed this as a feature request as none of the options really fit so feel free to change this. Attached is a green "included" image if any one wants to use it for dark styles. The stock black image will not display properly in dark images.
